As the State Fair passes the halfway mark, the Urban Aquaculture Center exhibit has been a compelling attraction with its tank of perch and attractive posters.  The Center was featured in a WUWM radio interview with Susan Bence.

State Fair: Day 03

The third day of the Wisconsin State Fair has concluded with a record crowd visiting the booth.  The sign on the brow of our canopy reads “drop in to see an urban fish farm”, and people are doing just that.  Volunteers are sharing our vision of making Milwaukee become a teaching center for urban aquaculture.  [...]
